Introduction to Nanjing Hexi New Town Tram Project

Nanjing Hexi Tram is located in the central and southern part of Nanjing Hexi New Town, starting from Olympic Sports Center, mainly laid along Jiangdong Middle Road and Jiangnan Road, and finally ending in Yuzui Park; The total length of the line is 7.76km, 13 stations are set, and the whole line is laid on the ground; One vehicle base is set for the whole line. The project is mainly responsible for the extension and connection functions of the subway, and gives consideration to the development of the central business axis of Hexi New Town; The line was initially constructed in January 2013 and officially opened for operation on August 1, 2014. It is the first tram line opened for operation in Jiangsu Province. The total project investment is about 1.102 billion yuan, with the technical and economic indicators of 142 million yuan/km of main track, and the BT construction mode is adopted.
